Video conference platform Zoom (essential)

For your convenience, all parts of the program can be attended via Zoom. Zoom links will be shared with you by email the day before the meeting. You do not need a Zoom account to join the meeting. 

Communication platform Slack (highly recommended)

Zoom allows for chatting with your favorite FCers during the meeting. However, carefully attending to the presentations and formulating your questions at the same time can be very challenging. Also, conversations will be lost once we close our browsers and head for dinner in the evening!

For these reasons, we would like to promote the use of communication platform Slack. The platform allows for private messaging and easily getting/keeping in touch with each other. Slides of the pitches will be uploaded in Slack, so pitch presenters, be sure your audience can meet you there! An invitation to our Slack workspace will be send a few days before the meeting.
